The MM-100Z-01 hydraulic manipulator has a Z-shaped folding scheme, which makes it possible to stow it compactly in the transport position without obstructing access to the vehicle engine and without blocking the view while driving.
For a category of manipulators with quite serious load-lifting characteristics and a load moment of 100 kNm, the MM-100Z-01 hydraulic manipulator has a relatively low weight. It is effective when installed on log trucks with a dolly trailer and on shortwood trucks at the rear overhang of the cargo platform.
They are mounted both behind the cab and on the rear overhang of the vehicle subframe, including as part of a road train. Vehicle base: KAMAZ, URAL, KRAZ, MAZ, foreign-made trucks.
It is equipped with a forestry grapple.
It is fitted with a control station on the column or in the cab, which provides maximum working convenience for the operator.
At the customer’s request, we can equip the manipulator with an operator canopy, an operator cab, a higher-output pump or a dual-circuit control system, which makes it possible to increase productivity by a factor of 1.8.
