STZ S-100L

For loading and unloading operations in the harvesting and processing of wood at timber-industry enterprises, we offer the S-100L hydraulic manipulator. The manipulator is mounted on the vehicle behind the cab or on the rear overhang of the cargo platform. Vehicle base: KAMAZ, KRAZ, URAL, MAZ, foreign-made trucks. It is made using modern high-strength steels and hydraulic components from leading global manufacturers. The pressure-filter housings have a one-piece design, which increases service durability and improves the operator’s working conditions.

Standard equipment of the S-100L forestry hydraulic manipulator:

• Italian control valves,
• Portuguese ABER hydraulic pumps 60 cm³ (when fitted with a higher-output 80 cm³ pump, the manipulator’s working speed increases by at least 40%),
• forestry grapple,
• an optional dual-circuit control system — which gives the operator smoother control of the manipulator, allows several operations to be combined, increases the manipulator’s working speed by 80%, raises labor productivity, reduces dynamic loads, and saves up to 7% of fuel consumption,
• an optional 120 l hydraulic tank, which keeps the working-fluid temperature within the permissible range during multi-shift operation of the loader crane in conditions of elevated ambient air temperature,
• at the customer’s request, the manipulator can be fitted with an operator canopy or an operator cab with a lifting mechanism.
